Bug Description
O/S:Windows 7
Version: trunk 2.1r2434
1. In the Projector Manager panel, on the toolbar, there is an empty entry at the end after Blank Projector.
2. On the 'View' menu, there is a missing space in "ProjectorManager"
3. Do we want the Projector Manager visible by default? It will only benefit those with networked compatible projectors. (I'm a bit surprised it isn't a plugin, but I'm sure there is a good reason for that!)

Discovered the empty entry is for Unblanking the projector when testing this today. (It worked well with our Sanyo XLM 100)
Could the 6 Connect/Disconnect, Blank/Unblank and Power/Standby items all be replaced by 3 toggle icons without text and just tooltips. This would stop them scrolling off the toolbar where it is too narrow to display all the text.
