zone doesn't start because it fails on from zope.pagetemplate.pagetemplate import _error_start

Bug Description

The problem is that newer versions of https://pypi.python.org/pypi/zope.pagetemplate do not have this symbol at the package level anymore, but instead as a class level variable.

I will merge as soon as we can get Travis passing. There was no .travis.yml on the 2.13 branch until I added it this morning: can you please merge and re-push? Also, please add a changelog entry to 'docs/CHANGES.rst'.

To clarify, this is with zope 2.13.22 and zope.pagetemplate 4.0.4
