[Dashboard] need to select medium flavor by default

Right now tiny flavor is selected, but application could not be spawn in that type of instance. Need to set 'medium' type flavor by default, so the deployment would not failed

So, it is important to remember that we have no default flavor name pattern. Need to create more advanced logic and select flavor based on flavor parameters.

    Use medium flavor as default if it's presented

    Previosly tiny filter was selected as the first item on a list.
    But no application can run on tiny flavour.
    Medium will be a good choice.
