Bug Description
in the latest tribe 5 kubuntu release when you use kdeprint to print and you selected the even or odd range and also have selected 2 pages per sheet the 2 pages you get would be 2 and 4 if even is selected or 1 and 3 if odd is selected. How am I supposed to double side with two pages per sheet if kdeprint behaves this way? Should get pages 1 and 2 on one sheet, then 5 and 6 on the next, then run a second print job with the same sheets in to print pages 3 and 4 on the other side of 1 and 2 and 7 and 8 on the other side of 5 and 6...

I can confirm this with Gutsy Gnome. I tried with 4 pages per side, and I get the useless behaviour described above.
The workaround is to choose 4 pages per side, all pages, print everything on the PDF printer. then go to your ~/PDF directory, open the pdf output, open it and print even pages and then reversed odd pages, with one page per side.
