Bug Description
Need to refactor CLI functional tests and reorganize tearDowns methods, because now there is only one tearDown method in main class where all items are deleting, including users actions, workbooks and so on.
This behavior is unacceptable for the tests. So need to rewrite tearDown method: collect items created by tests and delete only them.
