Bug Description

I have an Aristo Slim 430 laptop. It freezes on reboot and on shutdown every time I suspend and resume the system. It works perfectly otherwise. This happens every time after suspending. The usplash progress bar goes down to being completely empty and then the screen freezes and nothing more happens. The system doesn't shut down nor reboot.

I tried booting without the quiet and splash kernel options and made a photo of the last messages before the freeze (attached). I checked the logs and there are no errors reported. I also tried the whole process with a self-compiled kernel (2.6.22.6) but it's the exact same situation. I'm using Ubuntu 7.04 with a 2.6.20-16-generic kernel.
