Bug Description
When a notification is active or comes up, the indicator options from wingpanel (sound, network, bluetooth, battery, ...) open behind the notification pop up.
It's an issue because it prevents the user from interacting with the indicator options easily. Closing the notification solves the problem but it's annoying. And if there are more than one notifications displayed, the user must close them all before being able to interact with the indicators correctly.
