Bug Description

Currently, the notification-agent handle the "compute.instance.delete.*" events by get_sample method of ceilometer.compute.notifications.instance.InstanceDelete, but this class cannot get samples,because the event type isn't "compute.instance.delete.samples" as it defined.

test with latest code, the compute.instance.delete.{start, end} can be collected
