Link ability for super knob and filter should allow for user choice

The link fix is great, what isn't great is how the filter effect can only be linked 1:1 with the superknob and that's all. I'd like to be able to use the other functions of the superknob's link in the filter effect.

This is probably already solved in
https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/pull/354

It allows you to map the HP and the low LP individual to the super knob.
It features a standard Filter Effect and a Moog Ladder with resonance loop.

I am happy about any comment at the pull request.
