red rectangles on dock

After upgrading system to 3.16.3-2 on Debian Jessie with XFCE when I use 3d background I have red rectangles behind background. When zooming icons there are red rectangles around every zoomed icon. Using autodhide, i get wide red line through my whole desktop.

The problem was completely solved when I upgraded my linux kernel from 3.14 to 4.3 version.

Solved when I upgraded Debian Jessie xserver-xorg-video-intel to jessie-backports version 2:2.99.917+git20160325-1
