Error occured while installing upgrade version 12.04 of Ubuntu after running version 10.04 within Windows XP from your distribution CD. After rebooting upon completion, system detected said error and requested to send a report... normal followup executed as per system error reporting application, hence this report. Please advise if possible using my e-mail.
