Please sync libvirt-glib 0.1.9-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge from debian. Remaining changes:
    - Build using dh-autoreconf.
    - Build-depend on gtk-doc-tools.
Builds fine without autoreconf, does that mean we can sync?
