On my ThinkPad Carbon X1 (2014), after upgrade from Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 to 14.10, the trackpad no longer supports advanced functions such as two-finger scroll. In the "Mouse and Touchpad" control panel, there is no "Touchpad" section. The touchpad previously worked in Ubuntu Gnome 14.04.
