Bug Description

autopilot.tests.functional.test_ap_apps.QtTests.test_can_launch_upstart_app is being skipped to get around an issue encountered when running under Otto/LXC (but works on device, and normal laptop).

Otto has been removed from the CI process so this is no longer being triggered. Resubmitted the original MP to remove the skip.
