Bug Description

Currently using Maas 1.7 Beta8

Importing the boot images has come a long way since 1.7 beta 4, I noticed that most of my prior issues have been fixed when pressing that "Import" button. My cluster properly displays "Synced" as opposed to "Out-Of-Sync".

The download indicator still only sometimes works partially for me. I feel like it reports about 1/4 of the the download progress then just stops and hangs. After waiting a few minutes I will refresh the page and suddenly see that the images are syncing to the cluster, which tells me that they downloaded successfully. (At least I think they did)

there is no way to gauge the "images syncing to cluster" progress. All I see is a spinning wheel, I don't know if anything is really happening. I suppose I could poke around some log files, however that pulls away from a good user experience. It would be fantastic if I could see a progress indicator, similar to the one used when downloading images.

This is of course my opinion. but I can't be the only one :P
