Bug Description

On the FAQ page (http://upstart.ubuntu.com/faq.html), FAQ #4 (How do I make Upstart re-read its configuration?) describes the command "initctl reload" as the command for reloading configuration in a running initd. However, the correct command is "initctl reload-configuration".
