Bug Description

Example of failed CI job due to missing python-lesscpy package at master node repo https://fuel-jenkins.mirantis.com/job/master_fuellib_review_systest_ubuntu/2973/

But I can see http://fuel-repository.mirantis.com/fwm/6.0/ubuntu/pool/main/python-lesscpy_0.9j-3fakesync2_all.deb in mirror, so master node for just has to be updated

5.1 environment has been updated to 5.1.1-28 iso. I've retriggered failed test.
