After installing these rpms "openstack-trove" and "python-troveclient", the api-paste.ini file is missing
To fix this, I have downloaded the file content from this link :
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openstack/trove/master/etc/trove/api-paste.ini
and I added this line in the /etc/trove/trove.conf file :
api_paste_config = /etc/trove/api-paste.ini

    Added api-paste.ini info to trove install chapter

    The juno rhel/centos/fedora packages are missing the
    required api-paste.ini file.

    This patch describes how to get the file and tell
    trove how to use it.
