Bug Description

Trying to test an --apt-source package on Ubuntu Touch fails on unpacking the .dsc as dpkg-source cannot be found in $PATH.

dpkg-source uses Perl modules. This prerequisite commit extends the "unpack into tmp dir" mode for Perl modules: http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/autopkgtest/autopkgtest.git/commit/?id=9fd39cfe6
