Add input model, add Uniform Hazard Spectra, add another input model => not remove the first input model. You can continue with others sources too.

The bug is not entirely clear? If the bug is that input models (thematic layer NOT UtfGrid) remain the the map view when other UtfGrids or input models a re loaded, then this is not a bug but the intended behavior. This is the case because users will want to see the thematic representation of multiple input models at the same time.
