Bug Description
Upgrade issue from 1.10 –34 to 1.20-63:
The templates for SNAT and LBAAS have interfaces ordered as [left, right]. In 1.20 we had to change this since LBAAS could receive only the right interface sometimes. Hence the interface ordering was changed to [right, left]. This is causing problem when creating the service instance interface list.
Solution 1:
One time delete of the templates before upgrading
Solution 2:
Force overwrite of template from service monitor. Will have to make some changes.

This is expected to be a manual step when upgrading from 1.1. This needs to be release noted for upgrades from 1.1. This is not an issue for upgrades from any release after 1.1 since the template schema has been the same after 1.1.
