'dos.py resume' does't work

Bug Description

After merging the patch "Workaround for virtualbox domain resuming" (commit a5e932bf22ad399855a8ce07c68c291740f8d268) to the fuel-devops repository, 'dos.py resume ...' stopped working on KVM-based environments.

    Fix 'resume' behaivour

    On KVM environments, domain property 'state' is a function that
    returns a list like this: domain.state() = [3, 1]

    This patch needs to be tested on VBOX environment before merging.
