Bug Description
The calling convention of plugin create_{network, subnet, port} is all the necessary argument are filled with default value dynamically. Which arguments are necessary depends on resource extension which core plugin supports.
On the other hand, internal direct caller of those methods ignore those conventions so that adding extension causes exception like key error of argument.
