Since last update the upload services are very few/outdated/bad working

TwitPic no longer works: http://blog.twitpic.com/2014/09/twitpic-is-shutting-down/ but it is showed in preferences but not like upload option... o_O

Minus:
   1) it doesn't allow direct linking.
   2) With authorized upload Shutter uploads the images like guest.

ITmages doesn't work: "File does not exist: read timeout at /usr/share/perl5/Net/HTTP/Methods.pm line 257.
