Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. mistral workflow-list
2. mistral cron-trigger-create tr1 "* * * * *" wf1 wf_input.json
3. mistral cron-trigger-create tr2 "* * * * *" wf1 wf_input.json
Expected result:
Creation error that user already has trigger with this pattern for this workflow with this input.

This is not a bug. It's a valid case because, for example, these triggers may configure different workflow input parameters.
