Bug Description

When I download a file in firefox, I have a folder shaped button to view it in the file explorer.
When I click that button, pantheon-files is open but the file is not selected

The issue is also present in https://code.launchpad.net/~jeremywootten/pantheon-files/all-views-vala/+merge/235107

The command line expects the arg (if any) to be a folder. If a file is given instead it tries to display it as a folder - and fails. We need to detect this situation and open the parent folder instead, with the file selected.

This bug is fixed in Loki - when a file is given as a commandline parameter the parent folder opens and the file is selected.

Correction - the correct file is not selected (with Chrome at least) - setting back to in progress.
