Bug Description

On rtm 5, mako, there is no auto-rotation indicator on the notification panel. Would be great to have something under 'power', or one of the other indicators. As it is, I constantly have System Settings open to be able to toggle this as needed.

There is a new display indicator component that will provide this. https://launchpad.net/indicator-display
Th design seems to state it only appears when locked however, which does not seem to be what is needed.

affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu) → indicator-display (Ubuntu)
