Bug Description

foo2zjs driver doesn't automatically download firmware for HP printers that has no firmware itself: LJ 1000/1005/1008/1020 etc. Each time adding printer to system we need to run getweb 1000, getweb 1018 etc. by hand. But it should be done automatically.

*ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS

What's wrong with udev ? What package responsible for downloading printer's firmware ? Isn't it udev ? If not, then what ?
Also this printers doesn't work with HPLIP. Only with foo2zjs and only if HPLIP completely removed from the system.
