Bug Description
Old method
The IFRAME embeds at the designer resolution and is scaled up and down according to the size of the output layout and the scaling factor defined.
New method
The IFRAME embeds at the layout resolution and is scaled up and down according to the scaling percentage. The outer webpage is then scaled according to the output resolution vs the layout resolution.

I don't understand the bug description, but in 1.6.4 I could scale a webpage to like 200% and use the offset to 'zoom in' on a particular part of a website. This doesn't work anymore in 1.7.0 beta?
