Fuel fails to configure node if system drive is not sda

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add node with several drives (12 HDD + 1 SSD) in out case. SSD is sdj
2. set all space on SSD as "base system"
3. Deploy cluster

Observed result: ubuntu stops installing and asks where to install system. Installation continues after manual answering.

Note: manual dialog doesn't allow to set up LVM. It says that there is no partition to use with LVM.

HDDs use sata1 and sata2, ssd is on sata4

Error from ubuntu: "Failed to partition on the selected disk. This happened because the selected recipe does not contain any partition that can be created on LVM volumes."

I tested it with the Fuel ISO on virtualenvs, I have 2 slaves, both have 3 drives. I installed Controller & Cinder LVM on one of them with base system on sdb, the second node had Compute and Cinder LVM. Both installed correctly, no errors from Ubuntu.

Oh, I forgot to mention that on the second node I configured base system on sdc.

I didn't see any problems (using VBox).
Configuration: non-HA, ubuntu, neutron-gre, all others - by default, 1 ctrl/cind (system - sdb) + 1 comp (system - sdc).

More details are required. Can you provide diagnostic snapshot please?
