Bug Description
I have a MAAS with a freshly enlisted node, power parameters correctly filled out.
If I commission a node, the event log shows me:
INFO 0 minutes ago PXE Request — commissioning
INFO 0 minutes ago Node powered on
INFO 1 minute ago Powering node on
INFO 1 minute ago Node changed status — From 'New' to 'Commissioning'
Nowhere does it say that I (user "ubuntu") was the one that caused that status to change, which for a multi-admin or multi-tenant system is critical. Should we have a standard way, perhaps displayed in a column, to indicate what user took the action (when it was initiated by the user)?

I've often thought we should do this, so thanks for filing the bug ;)
The "allocated" message says who allocated it (bug 1380470) but that's specific to that situation. Let's make it generic.
