Bug Description

We have fix for python-keystoneclient, which is not merged yet, but we need to have this fix in MOS 6.0 for Murano.

Fix is available on:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/125923/

Need to add this fix to packages.

Community desided to harden keystone server so it must maintain services unique.
Bug is invalid.
Recommended behavior is to find existing service, create only if it not exists, add endpoint there.
