Bug Description

I have deployed fuel 5.1 in HA-mode. Some OCF scripts has a bug. See below:

[root@node-4 mirantis]# /usr/lib/ocf/resource.d/mirantis/nova-network

Not a bug. Before using this script you must set environment variable `export OCF_ROOT=/usr/lib/ocf` manually.
