[System Tests] Need to provide ability to run tests with changed default password for master

Bug Description

We need to run system tests with changed default master password
Especially it's important for upgrade tests where such bug has been recently found

Just use nailgun or ostf service password if you're on 6.0. We don't have a good fix for 5.1.x, unfortuantely. in astute.yaml, it's in keystone['nailgun_user'] and keystone['nailgun_password'] (or replace nailgun with ostf)

    Customize root password and keystone password on admin node.

    - passwords can be customized via environment variables;
    - root password changes right after provisioning admin node;
    - keystone password changes after deploying admin node.
