We need to run system tests with changed default master password
Especially it's important for upgrade tests where such bug has been recently found

Just use nailgun or ostf service password if you're on 6.0. We don't have a good fix for 5.1.x, unfortuantely. in astute.yaml, it's in keystone[ 'nailgun_ user'] and keystone[ 'nailgun_ password' ] (or replace nailgun with ostf)
