Bug Description
After successful installation of Fuel Master Node on a Mac Book Air using Mirantis Openstack 5.1 package, Fuel Slave nodes report "FATAL: No bootable medium found!". See attached archive with screenshots:
1. Fuel master node created and due for reboot.
2. Fuel master reboot done, Fuel Slave nodes are trying to connect and boot.
3. Fuel Slaves reported error.
4. Manual Reset presse, Fuel Slaves successfully connected boot started.
Environment:
Mac OS X 10.9.5 / non-HA / 3 nodes / 3 100-Base FDX / no RAID / Ceph as Object Storage / Cinder as Block Storage
