Project group's bug list doesn't use project's display names

Bug Description
Project groups like launchpad-project have a useful bug list covering all projects involved, but they still use the name (launchpad, soyuz, malone, etc.), unlike the rest of the world since 1.1.9 (Launchpad, Soyuz, Launchpad Bugs...).

So there are two problems here. The first is that our projects still use the old names; we should rename them (so malone became launchpad-bugs). This is being fixed. The second is that our listing uses name instead of displayname to list bugs. However, I don't really see us changing that because of sizing constraints. I'm closing out as Won't Fix for the latter reason, but the former will be addressed shortly.
