Sometimes ostf tests failed on system test deploy_bonding_ha_balance_slb.

It seems to be keystone issue. Moving the bug to the Tomasz team.

Please do not target Medium and lower priority bugs to maintenance releases.

There is no mysql on master node, this is issue with keystone connections to mysql on slave nodes.
I am alsmost sure that problem not with keystone/or any other os service, but with mysql itself.
I will take a look at snapshot, but please upload new one, this seems corrupted:
