Cannot move window to position 0,0 when using metacity theme

Bug Description

When using metacity-theme (/org/compiz/gwd/use-metacity-theme in dconf), windows can not be moved to position 0,0 using xdotool.

Open a gnome-terminal, type in
xdotool getactivewindow windowmove 0 0

happens on gnome-session-flashback (compiz) and unity

when turning use-metaciyt-theme off or using metacity everything works fine
