Bug Description
when creating a audio CD with K3B, there's a button to listen to the music added into the compilation.
When trying to use that functionnality, K3b says "can't connect to aRts soundserver" and the sound track won't play while it should.
This is due to the fact that kdebase-kio-plugins is not installed because "recommend" packages are still not installed automatically synaptic.
