Bug Description

Sahara clusrer, created UI tests has status ERROR, since UI tests can't add security groups to cluster template.

    Add fix for create/delete sahara cluser

    Added parameters for Anty Affinity groups
    and for Cinder volumes.
    Added solution for security groups.
