Bug Description

Primary happens on BVTs. It happened once on my local environment, but after poking MySQL, it started working. Still trying to get a reliable reproduction for a new snapshot.

BVT with failure here: http://jenkins-product.srt.mirantis.net:8080/job/custom.ubuntu.bvt_2/174/

So far this only happens on Ubuntu.

This was related to low memory on controllers.
