lxc-container-default-with-nesting profile should allow bind mounts under home

Bug Description

Currently if you run a container with lxc-container-default-with-nesting profile, you can run privileged containers inside that, but not unprivileged containers. The special cases we add for /var/lib/lxc should also be added for $HOME/.local/share/lxc.
