Auto name source doesn't take into account other source names

Bug Description
Clicking the auto-name source button doesn't take into account other names in the dataset (i.e. a, b, etc). This should also rename the first source to the correct name too.
Standardise source name deals with this, but not creating an unique name means there are issues saving the phyml.

Fixed by adding call to set_unique_names in the plugin.
