Bug Description
Because the size of the menu changes, the arrow position and menu placement is often wrong since it seems to save its first calculation and re-use that.

I can reproduce (although not screenshot) a similar problem with the network menu if I disable networking then re-open it quickly, the arrow is usually misaligned. The same thing happens after re-enabling networking.
