I am having the same problem after I upgraded to kernel 3.13.0-37. Everything works fine with 3.13.0-36. Resume after suspend takes a long time, sometimes when I try to suspend I am taken to the log in screen and after resume networking does not work (I need to restart Network Manager). I am running Ubuntu 14.04 (64 bit) on a full HD DELL XPS 13 notebook (Intel GPU).

Francisco Cribari, you wouldn't be having the same problem as you don't have the same hardware, nor is this bug scoped to you or your problem. If you want your problem addressed, and so your hardware and problem may be tracked, could you please file a new report with Ubuntu by executing the following in a terminal while booted into the default Ubuntu kernel (not a mainline one) via:
ubuntu-bug linux
