"tic" when EQ knob used

Bug Description

VU meter stop when using EQ knobs. Also a "tic" is to hear in this moment.

This is a known issue.
The EQ is enabled only if it is moved from unity. It cannot be disabled.
This will be solved after the merging the EQ Effect Rack.

You can use the Bessel LV-Mixxx EQ then, which is bit perfect at unity as well.
It allows to go back to bit perfect as soon as the gain knobs are again at unity. ... all without any clicks.

Yes, i can and i have ;-)

Tested with more than one build last time i read it in commits . Last one (yust now tested) is build 4930 (64bit). Runs on W7/64. Tested up to/with 4 decks running.

NO "Tics" in sound, VU-Meter runs well. This bug looks like DONE.
