Bug Description
It is set to report on conditions within Toronto, Ontario Canada. It worked fine a week ago, but now it will not retrieve the data. Everything appears fine when I check the properties. It reads "Short-term data forecast unavailable."

I did fix this. I ported from the source repository of utopic rather than trusty for the newer version of xfce4-weather- plugin to build 0.8.3-2. So it is now working. Possibly purging and reinstalling the current version, 0.8.3-1, would have sufficed, since a purge was required (simply removing the current 0.8.3-1 package and reinstalling the port 0.8.3-2 package did not work, but did work when I purged and then installed the new 0.8.3-2 package). Regardless, I now have it working with the package I created (that being, xfce4-weather- plugin_ 0.8.3-2+ local1_ amd64.deb) . In building the package it gave the following feedback: "W: xfce4-weather- plugin source: newer-standards -version 3.9.6 (current is 3.9.5)" which may have been the original cause of the error. Anyway, it's working now, so solved.
