Kernel Panic with haproxy

After running for an nondeterministic amount of time, the servers running haproxy in our infrastructure crash with the attached kernel panic.

Our build of haproxy is provided by the vbernat/haproxy-1.5 PPA (https://github.com/python/psf-salt/blob/master/salt/haproxy/init.sls#L5-L10) , but this Bug appears to be a duplicate (down to the Kernel Panic) of Bug #1275879 as of it's latest Kernel Panic.
