This package would be nice to sync in from Debian for 14.10

It provides finer control over Baloo indexer used in Kubuntu such as selecting which folders to index.

I've compiled and run the package and it does indeed let me edit the settings correctly

upstream baloo author confirms he is happy for the package to be included in the archive (not by default) and keeps the settings compatible
