[doc] Describe how to set up vCenter data stores for the Image Service (Glance) backend

According to this https://blueprints.launchpad.net/fuel/+spec/vsphere-glance-backend blueprint, vCenter data stores will be supported for the Image Service backend.

Thus, all limitations on this use case must be removed from the documentation.
